Exxelia has a long heritage in the supply of passive components for aviation equipping the latest and most advanced aircrafts in the world. Exxelia wide product portfolio of MIL film and tantalum capacitors, MLCC, electrolytic flat packs, choke inductors, filters and transformers… answers the needs of high reliability, robustness, lightweight, high temperature or 400Hz network.
Cockpit & Avionics
Exxelia offers a wide range of catalog and custom products perfect for cockpit & avionics: class 1 and class 2 dielectric ceramic capacitors (chips or stacked), metallized PP or PPS film capacitors, polymer and wet tantalum, EMI filters and SMD inductors or transformers.
Thanks to one of the widest passive components portfolio for harsh environment, Exxelia is the partner of choice of many engine & controls manufacturers and OEMs. Exxelia’s MIL QPL product offer encompasses MIL-STD-39006/22 and /25 wet tantalum capacitors as well as MIL-PRF-83421/6 film capacitors. High temperature portfolio goes from 200°C for high temperature film and wet tantalum capacitors, up to 250°C with high temperature ceramic capacitors and 230°C for inductors and transformers.
Actuation systems can be equipped with Exxelia’s class 1 and class 2 MLCC capacitors, SMD or through-hole EMI filters, transformers (400Hz, aluminum foil for weight saving, reduced losses and footprint) and rotors / stators.
For all pressurized areas including the cabin, Exxelia offers a wide catalog product portfolio readily available, from standard magnetic platforms (RM, EQ…) or standard EMI filters to standard ceramic chips and aluminum electrolytic capacitors including low profile flat packs.
Specifically manufactured for power generation and transformation in an aircraft, Exxelia offers a broad portfolio of high voltage / high capacitance / high inductance solutions ranging from high voltage MLCC for AC 400Hz filtering to custom DC-Link film capacitors or custom 400Hz inductor.
