Exxelia présente officiellement ses deux nouvelles séries de condensateurs Film haute température

Exxelia, un concepteur et fabricant de composants passifs complexes et de sous-systèmes dédiés aux environnements sévères, lance ses deux nouvelles séries 253P & 560P de condensateurs film haute température offrant des performances inégalées.


La série 253P, le Condensateur Film à la stabilité inégalée jusqu’à 200°C

La série 253P est le condensateur film PTFE haute température le plus stable du marché (<2,5%), avec des valeurs de  capacités de 0,22 μF à 1 μF sous 250VDC à 800VDC. Il offre la plus faible valeur de perte (T) de toutes les technologies film avec moins de 0,1%  sous 200°C et une excellente durée de vie.

La gamme est extrêmement résistante aux vibrations, aux chocs et aux surtensions, ce qui la rend idéale pour les applications pétrolières ainsi que pour la défense et l’aviation.

La série 560P, le Condensateur Film Polymer poussé à 180°C

La série 560P délivre des performances électriques situées entre celle du BOPP et du PET tout en fonctionnant à une température plus élevée, jusqu’à 180°C et avec une durée de vie plus longue. Le 560P supplante les technologies céramiques et tantales haute température car il ne subit aucune perte de capacité jusqu’à 150°C, et grâce à son TCC très stable <2,5% et sa grande résistance aux vibrations, aux chocs et aux surtensions. La série 560P se présente comme une solution rentable et de haute fiabilité qui en fait le choix idéal pour de nombreuses applications (DC Link, AC Filtering…) en environnements sévères

Exxelia will integrate a cobot into its manufacturing process

Exxelia has just equipped itself with a cobot (in partnership with the company Cognitive Engines) adapted to the production needs related to the manufacture of RF High Q capacitors. The cobot is a collaborative robot designed to work hand-in-hand with operators.
