Technical features:
  • Capacitance and Tolerance: The value ranges from 0.8µF to 210µF, with a precision margin of either 5% or 10%.
  • Voltage and Temperature: Built to operate between 450V and 1500V, it safely withstands environments of 140°C and above. vs Standard PP up to 105°C
  • Material Properties: It features a relative permittivity of 2.2 and includes built-in self-healing capabilities. 
  • Implied Performance: The design ensures optimal ESR efficiency alongside high resistance to moisture.

      Exxelia’s CF-PP140 (PP-HT) range is redefining the standard

      CF-PP140(PP-HT) based on high-temperature polypropylene, is positioned between standard polypropylene and high-temperature polymers. It extends PP operation up to 140 °C while maintaining a high energy density (up to 250 J/L).

      Compared with PET or PPS, CF-PP140 offers higher energy density at elevated temperatures, and compared with PEI or PTFE, it provides a more compact solution with significantly better volumetric efficiency. This balance makes CF-PP140 suitable for space and temperature-constrained power electronics applications.
