Our capabilities include high frequency transformers, high voltage transformers, high power transformers, resin-cast transformers, Planar Transformers. Designs can support power ratings above 250 kVA, output current up to 350 A, and operating frequencies up to 200 kHz.
Technologies & Materials
Leveraging advanced ferrite core technologies, custom magnetic geometries (EE, UU, UI and special core configurations), In-house ferrite core grinding and gapping and In-house high-current Litz wire manufacturing up to 42sq.mm, Exxelia develops transformer solutions tailored to the most demanding electrical and thermal requirements, including high-temperature environments up to 200°C.
