Exxelia officially launches its three new Broadband Capacitor Series at IMS 2019 in Boston, USA

May 22nd, 2019 – Paris, France - Exxelia, a leading global designer and manufacturer of high reliability passive components, is pleased to announce the launch of its new broadband series UBZ, UBL and XBL at the International Microwave Symposium in Boston, MA USA from June 2-7, 2019.

Thanks to its strong experience in MLCC manufacturing, Exxelia extends its RF capacitors product offer by developing the three broadband series XBL, UBL and UBZ. Exxelia new broadband series combine high technical performances (ultra-low insertion loss and excellent return loss over a wide bandwidth up to 40GHz), quick installation (available in standard EIA sizes compatible with SMT pick & place) and easy soldering (made of reliable ceramic material compatible to any soldering process).

What news do we have on Exxelia Film Capacitors ESA QPL ?

Exxelia Film Capacitors ESA QPL Parts already available on stock will be propose according the previsous version of the standard. Parts currently launched in production will be manufactured according the issue 2 of the specification.   This modification will affect only the new productions.   Perimeter Exxelia QPL film capacitors: PM90S, PM94S, PM907S, PM948S, HT86PS. Please find on the next slides the main updates of the 3rd issue of the ESCC 3006  standard (See document).       The Exxelia teams are at your disposal to answer your questions.

New Plug&Play filters for datacenters and mission critical facilities

Electronic equipment can leak sensitive information over conducted or radiated electromagnetic emanations, and signals transmitted down unprotected lines can potentially be intercepted. That’s where Exxelia’s new full range of TEMPEST pluggable filters will save time and spare headaches! The 9260W series is a multi-socket line extension with a built-in 16A Tempest filter (minimum 60dB, from 100KHz to 1GHz), CE qualified according to EM 60950-1 standard. 9260W series Plug&Play solution is available with UK, US and EU standard plugs and can be provided with any other standard plug upon request. In addition, Exxelia completed its offer with the 9259W series of pluggable filters featuring various plug interfaces such as VGA/DVI, USB, Ethernet, Phone, Audio and much more. 9260W series and 9259W series are both fully compliant with EMC expectations and allow considerable time saving and cost-effectiveness. When a standard filter needs to be wired and shielded to each socket one-by-one before carefully re-closing the whole equipment, Exxelia new series can be installed using no special tools and with a smaller footprint. To all people handling sensitive information, a simple plugging operation is now enough to protect their data. Available now, 9259W and 9260W series are fully customizable upon request.
