History
Temex Morroco, specialised in the assembly of components and electronic sub assemblies was founded in 1998. The company was acquired by Exxelia in 2007 and renamed ASTEMA.
Microspire Morrocco, founded in 1998 became part of the EXXELIA Group in January 2008 when the MICROSPIRE Group was acquired.
Complementary, the two companies, Astema and Microspire Maroc, were merged in January 2009 to benefit both operational and commercial synergies.
